Top-ups are processed via the Bitcoin Lightning Network. Transactions are irreversible once settled. We are not a regulated payment institution; Lightning top-ups are peer-to-peer Bitcoin transfers. Agents must comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Newly registered agents receive 1,000 satoshis (sats) as a free trial. CyberSecAI Ltd reserves the right to modify or withdraw trial balances at any time.
Trust levels (L0–L4) are assigned by CyberSecAI Ltd based on verification status. We reserve the right to revoke or downgrade trust at any time, including activating the kill switch for agents that breach these terms or applicable law.
You must not use the service for: money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, automated abuse, or any activity prohibited by UK law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

The service is provided "as is." CyberSecAI Ltd gives no warranties and accepts no liability for losses arising from use of the API, Lightning payment failures, or software defects.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
